Conversation Data: Your conversations with the AI chatbot are stored only on your device and are not collected or stored by us.

Personal Information: When you register an account, we collect your first name, age, gender, goals, concerns, selected life coach, preferred AI communication style, and email address. This information allows you to access your personalized app experience across devices by logging in with your email.

Usage Data: We collect data on how you use the App, including app opens, messages sent, paywall interactions (shown and dismissed), and other interactions within the app. This information is used for analytics to improve the App and user experience.

Purpose of Collection

Personalization: Your personal information is used to personalize your experience within the App and to allow you to access your account across devices.

Analytics: Usage data helps us understand how the App is used, identify areas for improvement, and ensure a positive user experience.

Communication: Your email address may be used to communicate with you about important updates, changes to the App, or in response to your inquiries.

Data Storage and Security

Personal Information: Your personal information (except conversation data) is stored securely on Firebase Realtime Database. We implement appropriate security measures, including server-side configuration or dynamic configuration via API, to protect your data.

Conversation Data: Your conversations with the AI chatbot are stored exclusively on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Security Measures: We utilize secure email login/registration with password reset functionality. API keys are not hardcoded into the App and are accessed via secure server-side configuration or dynamic configuration via API.

Third-Party Data Sharing

Google Gemini API: We use the Google Gemini API to process your messages with the AI chatbot. Your messages are sent to Google for this purpose. Firebase: Your personal information (excluding conversation history) is stored on Firebase Realtime Database. Please refer to Firebase’s privacy policy: Privacy and Security in Firebase

User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Deletion: You can reset your personal details and conversation history within the App. To completely remove your account and data from our servers, please contact us at [email protected]

Access and Correction: You can access and update your personal information within the App settings.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 18.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the App or on our website. The latest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
